How does personalizing clothing work?

From your idea to your parcel.

Send a photo, a name, or a drawing. Louise creates a design from it, Julie embroiders it onto what you wear. That is how it works, step by step.

The five steps

Each piece only begins once you say yes. No inventory, no mass production.

Choose your garment
Sweater, hoodie, t-shirt, cap, bathrobe or something else. Didn't find what you were looking for? Send us a message; there's a good chance we can make it anyway.
Send your photo, drawing, logo, or text
Almost everything can be embroidered. Are you unsure if your photo is suitable? We’ll take a look.
For a drawing: approve first
If you send a photo or drawing, we will trace it by hand. You will receive the design by email for your approval. We embroider text, logos, or handwriting exactly as you provide them.
We embroider in our studio
We convert your design into an embroidery file so the machine knows what to do. Then, we carefully embroider it onto your garment.
Pick up or have it delivered at home
We pack everything carefully. You can pick it up for free in Ghent, or we can ship it to you.

Let me see your drawing first

If we create a drawing from your photo (a line drawing, a colored photo, or your pet), you will receive the drawing by email first. We only begin embroidering once you are satisfied.

As long as you do not approve the drawing, your order will remain on hold. Therefore, please also check your spam folder if you do not receive anything. We embroider a text, logo, handwriting, or a design from Tice Nits exactly as you choose or provide it, without a prior preview.

For a group

Sweaters for your youth group, sports club, or circle of friends? Every sweater can be personalized with a name or totem. Request a free quote, and you will receive a custom proposal.

How long does it take?

Count on an average of 1 to 3 weeks. If you are having a drawing made, approve it quickly: the faster you do, the sooner your package will ship.

For Christmas

Order by Thursday, December 10th at the latest, and your gift is guaranteed to arrive in time for Christmas. After that, we will do our utmost to ship everything as quickly as possible.

Pick up or delivery

Collection from our studio at Rooigemlaan 437 in Ghent is free. Prefer home delivery? Then we will ship your package. Shipping is free on orders over €120.

For a company

You can order corporate clothing with your logo yourself in the webshop, starting from just 1 item. For a whole team or multiple garments, we will provide a custom quote.
