How do you measure?
Lay a sweater or T-shirt that fits well flat on the table and measure it. Then compare with the table.
A · Chest width: measure straight from armpit to armpit, just below the sleeves.
B · Length: measure from the highest point of the shoulder, next to the collar, to the bottom hem.
The measurements in the table are taken flat. Around your body, that is therefore twice the chest width.
