Is my garment suitable?
Most garments do. Ideally, you want a fabric that is not too thin or stretchy, with enough space to attach an embroidery hoop.
How much does it cost to embroider items I provide myself?
Text from €20, a large embroidery from €35. If you would like it colored in or extra large, you will receive a custom quote in advance. We offer discounts for larger quantities.
Can I drop off or ship my clothes?
Both. Send to Rooigemlaan 437, 9000 Ghent with a note containing your details and return address, or drop by after making an appointment.
How long does it take?
Our turnaround time is 1 to 3 weeks on average, depending on our current schedule. We only accept a few personal items per month, so be sure to request your spot in time. Is it fully booked? You can also choose from our full collection at ticenits.alltextiles.be. Send a photo of the desired embroidery for a better idea.
