Can I see the design first?
For a drawing, yes. For a line drawing or a colored photo, you will receive the design by email first. You can approve it or request adjustments. We will only embroider once you have given your approval.
We embroider text, a logo, or handwriting exactly as you upload it.
How long does it take?

Can I pick it up in Ghent?
Yes, you can pick it up at our studio on Rooigemlaan in Ghent. Home delivery is also available.
