Can I order a bathrobe for a wedding?
Yes, that is possible. The satin bathrobe is popular with brides and bridesmaids. We estimate an average turnaround time of 1 to 3 weeks, so please order well in advance of your wedding.
Can I see the design first?
For a drawing, yes. For a line drawing or a colored photo, you will first receive the design by email. You can approve it or request adjustments. We only start embroidering after your approval.
We embroider text, a logo, or handwriting exactly as you upload it.
How long does it take?

Can I pick it up in Ghent?
Yes, you can pick up your order at our studio on Rooigemlaan in Ghent. Home delivery is also an option.
