Shipping policy

We embroider everything in our workshop in Ghent and ship to Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Germany and Luxembourg.

How long does it take?

On average, we ship your order 5 to 10 working days after you approve the design. So how quickly you approve the design helps determine when your parcel leaves. During busy periods, such as around the holidays, it may take longer. A delivery time is always an estimate, not a guarantee.

Need it quickly? Then choose a product with fast delivery: we ship those within a week of your order. For those products, we do not send the design for approval first.

For groups and businesses, the delivery time is stated in your quote.

Collection in Ghent

Collecting your order from our workshop at Rooigemlaan 437 in Ghent is free, by appointment. Let us know by email at info@ticenits.be or on WhatsApp (0492 61 16 32) if you would like to collect.

Tracking and delivery

As soon as your parcel leaves, you will receive an email with a link to track it. Please check your address carefully when ordering: if a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we will resend it at your expense.

Is your parcel damaged, or has it still not arrived after 10 working days? Let us know by email at info@ticenits.be or on WhatsApp (0492 61 16 32) and we will sort it out with the carrier.
