How it works
- Choose your color and what goes on the bag: text, a date, or a logo.
- Upload what you want embroidered. We embroider text and logos exactly as you provide them.
- We embroider in our studio in Ghent. The average delivery time is 1 to 3 weeks.
The embroidery
The embroidery is placed in the center of the front and can be up to approximately 15 cm wide. A small embroidery is included. You choose the thread color yourself.
Pick-up in Ghent is possible.
We make each piece exactly how you want it. Personalize it with a name, line drawing, photo, text...
You can always approve drawings in advance.

May I approve the drawing in advance?
Yes! You can always approve the drawing in advance, and you can even request unlimited revisions.
Do you only embroider the foreground?
Yes! No worries then 😌
- We only draw the foreground of your photo (= the people, animals...)
- We embroider your logo without the background. Please upload your logo with a white background if possible.
I need my package urgently, what now?
We do our best to ship every package as quickly as possible. You can also order items with express delivery .
